You're so sweet

Carissa,

This post is just to remind you how sweet you are. today your mommy was sick, you woke up in the morning and didn't even bother to call my name. You let me slept in for lil bit, when I greet you in the morning, you greeted me with a big smile. You asked for milk, and you wait and not even rushed me.

You went downstairs and play your computer game online while I prepared your breakfast. You asked me what was I making. I told you I was just making a lil hotdogs (lil smokes sausages). and your response was "Oooo that's my favorite, thank you mommy"

You ate your breakfast and drank your milk, and continued to play without bothering me while I was laying down most of the morning. Since your daddy not at home, mommy had to go get some medicines from grocery store, so we're getting ready. But since your mom was so sick she forgot to put on your coat and it's snowing today. You actually remind me to get your coat..

At the grocery store, you remind me to get orange juice & the medicine for me. Went home and you took a nap without any single complain. You let me took a nap till 4pm tho I knew you're awake even before then, you just stay in your room and read books.

Today, you made me realized how blessed I am to have such a sweet daughter like you.. you even stroke my hair and gave me back rubs and put a band-aid on my feet tried to make me feel better.

Shaving Cream

Carissa LOVES this activity from her art class. Since today art class got cancelled, and her Art teacher already promised her that we will have shaving cream activity today Carissa was sad :(. So i told her maybe we can go to the store and get the shaving cream and have our own art class.

If you want to have at least 10-15 mins quiet time at home, do this activity.. it's only $2 a bottle of shaving cream, use a tray or plate or bowl. Hide some stuff in it, I used alphabet magnets and some lil balls, she had a blast! she just love the textures, the treasure hunt... Fun fun fun :D

Art Class

Since Carissa LOVES painting, coloring, and making crafts, I enrolled her again to an art class for an 18mos-3 yrs old class.

This time is twice a week and half an hour each section, she LOVES it.. she keep on asking "what's next mommy?"

Today we did finger painting, painting with sponges, and water color (her favorite). Also the teacher ler her play with a tray full of shaving cream, never knew shaving cream will be so much fun for kids!!! she loves it... :)
